2. Products

The products offered for sale are synthesizers and audio equipment. Each product is described in detail on the website. Images are for illustrative purposes only, and although we strive to represent each item accurately, minor differences may exist.

Offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be notified by email and offered a refund, an exchange for a similar item, or store credit.

3. Orders

Orders are placed directly on the website through the online ordering process. The buyer agrees to provide accurate information when placing the order. Once confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

Payments can be made via:

• Credit card (secure payment via PayPal)
• PayPal account
• Bank wire transfer
• French bank cheque in euros (France only), made payable to ADSR

For cheque payments, orders are processed upon receipt and validation of the payment. Dispatch times are extended accordingly.

5. Shipping

We ship within France and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and the chosen delivery method. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

A shipping confirmation email is sent on the day of dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer must refuse delivery and immediately contact the carrier and our customer service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Cyclone-analogic.fr cannot be held liable for carrier-related delays.

5a. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, and any fees charged by local customs authorities or carriers are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Cyclone-analogic.fr has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and are determined by local regulations. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Return period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. This right applies only to customers located within the European Union.

Product condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, with all accessories and original packaging.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Return procedure: Before returning any item, contact us at contact@cyclone-analogic.fr to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Defective products or order errors: If you receive a defective item or one different from what was ordered, we will cover return shipping and proceed with an exchange or full refund. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

PayPal fees: In case of a cancellation or return initiated by the customer, PayPal transaction fees (typically between 3% and 5% depending on country and currency) are not refunded to the seller and will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under the French Consumer Code. In case of defect, the buyer may request an exchange or refund. The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation
• Mishandling
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use of the product

8. Liability

We make every effort to ensure product availability and service quality. However, ADSR cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability or delivery issues due to force majeure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cyclone-analogic.fr website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any full or partial reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. Personal Data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, personal information collected is used solely for order processing and delivery. Customers have the right to access and correct their personal data.

Cyclone-analogic.fr does not share customer information with third parties. Data is used internally for order processing and, where applicable, for newsletters from which customers may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Marseille.
For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory local consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence remain in force.
